CALL TO ACTION
By order of the International Law of Nations, European Charter of Human Rights, the United Nations General Assembly’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we, the People give Notice that we declare, assert and hereby claim the Right to obtain by any means necessary those things essential for survival and human dignity in the modern world. Such rights as we the People have determined throughout the ages and which are threatened by a Cabal of criminals who’s only interest in politics and authority is for their own self-interest without regard to their obligations as Trustees of the Nation’s assets which have been conveyed to the State by the People, over numerous generations strictly in trust for the purpose of benefiting the People in common.

NHS Ad 1948 : “The new national health service. Your new National Health Service begins on 5th July [1948]. What is it? How do you get it? It will provide you with all medical, dental. and nursing care. Everyone rich or poor, man, woman or child—can use it or any part of it. There are no charges, except for a few special items. There are no insurance qualifications. But it is not a charity. You are all paying for it, mainly as taxpayers, and it will relieve your money worries in time of illness.“

All officers of state have taken a solemn Oath of Office, to the People of this land by which are imposed certain privileges and obligations as contractual terms and conditions in order to protect the ancient rights of the People of this land from Tyranny of the State.
The Oath for the Office of Constable (all police officers must be appointed to the Office of Constable) “I, [insert full name] do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lord/Lady* the King/Queen* in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law. so help me God” [Notice it says ‘according to LAW‘ not LEGISLATION – two different things.]
The judicial Oath [applicable to judges and magistrates] also obliges Officers to “truly serve our sovereign Lord/Lady* the Queen/King* to do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this realm [usages means customs], without fear or favour, affection or ill will. So help me God.“
Oaths of Office [those which grant them Authority over we the people], all affirm an allegiance to their Lord/Lady*, the reigning monarch of the time, clearly demonstrating they must conform to the King’s or Queen’s Coronation Oath, which is a solemn promise [contract] to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom according to their respective laws and customs and to cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed [meaning ‘carried out’] in all his judgements, and to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel. [Profession, i.e. paid occupation, especially one that involves prolonged training and a formal qualification. Profession: This is what he/she gets paid for],
The Parliamentary and Ministerial Oaths
Members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords take an Oath of Office to the People witnessing their allegiance to the Monarch and his/her Oath. Authority of Ministers [minister is an ecclesiastical title] of the Crown is derived from their obligation to their Oath of Office. “I swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King/Queen* [Name], his/her* heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God”; again a recognisance in conforming their powers to within the limits of the Monarch’s Oath.
And Ministers are particularly obliged to conform to the Ministerial Code, known as “The Seven Principles of Public Life”
1. Selflessness: Holders of public office should act solely in terms of the public interest.
2. Integrity: Holders of public office must avoid placing themselves under any obligation to people or organisations that might try inappropriately to influence their work. They should not act or take decisions in order to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves, their family, or their friends. They must declare and resolve any interests and relationships.
3. Objectivity: Holders of public office must act and take decisions impartially, fairly and on merit, using the best evidence and without discrimination or bias.
4. Accountability: Holders of public office are accountable for their decisions and actions and must submit themselves to whatever scrutiny necessary to ensure this.
5. Openness: Holders of public office should act and take decisions in an open and transparent manner. Information should not be withheld from the public unless there are clear and lawful reasons for doing so.
6. Honesty: Holders of public office should be truthful.
7. Leadership: Holders of public office should exhibit these principles in their own behaviour. They should actively promote and robustly support the principles and be willing to challenge poor behaviour wherever it occurs.

Any infringement of an oath, a pledge, a promise, is a matter of Perjury, a crime attracting ten years imprisonment and yet these so called Officials flaunt their position in pretence that the law does not apply to them. They dishonour all customs of moral decency and acceptability. And they are wrong. The law applies to all those within the boundaries of the British Isles: without exception. Check it. You will find that is correct. I do not do conspiracy theories, I speak only for the Truth.
And the thing is, how many times do you need to know you’ve been lied-to in order to understand that every assertion from that same source is rendered suspicious until proved otherwise?
The Constitutional Laws of the British Nation, by legislation: the Bill of Rights 1689
No Act made by Parliament can supersede the Constitution of this nation.
All officers and Ministers whatsoever shall serve their Majesties and their Successors according to the same, in all ages to come.
In the same Bill of Rights, still as much in force today as it was more than three hundred years ago, it is stated quite plainly that it is a duty of government to protect the ancient rights of the people.
Earlier, Magna Carta of 1215, [more than 800 years ago] is our earliest record of fundamental Constitutional law on record, and was celebrated in 2015 by the ‘Prominent in High Places‘ as the foundation of our democratic rights and which has listed many of the customs and rights in place at the time and in which we have a legitimate expectation to rely upon even unto this day.
Winston Churchill was confident of the safeguards contained in Magna Carta. Writing in his History of The English-Speaking Peoples, he said:
“…and when in subsequent ages the state, swollen with its own authority, has attempted to ride roughshod over the rights and liberties of the subject it is to this doctrine that appeal has again and again been made, and never, as yet, without success.”

We have a Right of Revolution : In political philosophy, the right of revolution, or right of rebellion, is the right or duty of a people to “alter or abolish” a government that acts against their common interests or threatens the safety of the people without justifiable cause. Stated throughout history in one form or another, the belief in this right has been used to justify various revolutions: the American Revolution, French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, and the Iranian Revolution. It is the People who have the Power, ultimately.
And not a new idea. In Ancient Rome, the Roman Republic was established following the overthrow of the Roman monarchy, following the populist leaders arguing that a government “stands deprived by his own act of honours and immunities, by the neglect of the duty for which the honour was bestowed upon him.“
He who perverts the power of the people for self-interest is no longer a government or authority at all.

And so we hereby give Notice of Protest and Dishonour by a Call To Action today, and every day, in order to call to acount all those so-called authorities who are knowingly or recklessly trespassing upon OUR Rights.. to request and require those claiming authority (i) to cease and desist from further acts averse to our rights, and (ii) remedy all defects in past acts which have caused loss, harm or damage to each of any individual’s Rights ere, by necessity, We The People shall restore and remedy the same by whatever means are at our disposal.
All the time though remembering not to break the only one true law; which is to do nothing which causes loss harm or damage to another. It is the only law. Everything else is interpretation. Cause no loss, harm, or damage to any other person; and in that, honour your agreements with others.
I am not a great lover of Revolution. The last one in this country nearly four-hundred years ago resulted in the death of twenty-five percent of the population (then, around three million). I believe it would be better to try to cure the patient by the Rule of Law rather than suffer under the Rules of War.
To stop the rot we must assert our rights at every opportunity to restore those Rights currently threatened by a corrupt Cabal, and no more vital to us as a community, derived by right of custom, is the NHS. God bless the NHS. Thank you for listening.
